adoption cat's

Hi there. <br/><br/>My friend found a mother cat and 4 kittens yesterday outside of her house. They were taken inside overnight but she is in the navy and leaves bahrain for good today and can’t help them any longer. <br/><br/>I am allergic to cats very badly and not in a position to help. <br/><br/>Does anybody have any ideas on a place that could take them?
